About This File

 

Set #1 in the "generic" Low Wealth series, focusing on Commercial and Industrial development. These lots were designed with enough character to make them stand out but, coversely, to be fairly nondescript in flavor and appearance. They are growable only and classified as CS$ Stage 1.

Three CS$ lots - an Army Surplus Store, a Barber Shop, and a Coffee Shop. This is the first in a series of "generic" lots that I am developing.


Note: There is a small prop included with this lot for the drive-thru sign. It is included under the name

OMG I just stumbled across these, and I love them. It's the sort of stuff I love to BAT and see pop up in my citites...I had a barber shop and army surplus on my list of "to do" and these give me great inspiration. Good stuff!
