This is the third set of lots in the BSC Raised Park series of lots.
This set of lots contains two operational carpark entrances (a single one-tile entrance and a double two-tile entrance) and a pedestrian carpark entrance. The carpark entrance lots are modded to behave like the ingame parking garage, so sims can use your Raised Parks as parking. The pedestrian entrance is basically eye-candy and is modded the same as the single-tile Rasied Park lots.
These lots, and the ones in the associated Rasied Park sets, are based on some ideas I got from Japan. In Shinjuku there are some parks raised above street level. This has the effect of removing much of the traffic noise from the park areas. Connecting these parks to each other and nearby buildings are pedestrian bridges to keep the pedestrian traffic flowing. Finally the Tokyo Government Office building has some amazing stonework at its base emulating some of the magnificent Japanese castles. These were combined into a common set of lots contained in this (and associated) lots.
