superb - i love the white pannelling - it gives it that circa 1969 look!

Game use report: these grow in low-density areas, which looks really badly out of place. I think there might be a scaling problem. It's a shame, because they're pretty sexy (well, as sexy as ugly apartment flats can be).

Lovely - very 60s! I love the name as well - CHAVistock! All that's missing is a large crowd of dodgy youths with hoodies and gold chains innit!!!

@slighlyslack - the scale is fine. Growth stage is a function of building height and lot size - on the 3x1 this is a stage 4, on the bigger 2x2 lot it slips down to a 3 which is why it grows in low density. As a 3 storey building I'd consider it borderline.
