About This File

This is a fictional textile mill, built for a specific purpose. I have found that in younger cities, before the sims get educated, there is always a ton of demand for I-D jobs. It seems the game cannot produce enough of this type to ever keep up... So I made this as a plop lot that employs a LOT of Sims. Should be good to get a new city off the ground, or to build a true small town based on dirty industry.

This lot is designed to be used in conjunction with the BSC Brick Canals, and has the water built in down the back... Therefore the canal pack is required to get this lot to look right.

I like it as an anchor lot for the canals, lends a lot to the effect. It doesn't seem to have a query window though.

Brilliant lot, evokes memories of visiting the northern England towns such as Telford, York, Leeds, etc... However, there doesn't seem to be a query when clicked on.

You'll need the ost current version of the BSC Essentials file for the query to work.

Very simple looking, but that's what makes it so perfect. It looks exactly like a building downtown where I live.

There aren't enough high-occupancy I-D BATs like this. I've used this one for awhile and it works very well.
