Consolidated Edison Building 1.0

What would you guys say if I made a growable (and ploppable, if you want) CO$$ building WITHOUT palms out of this? Btw, the building looks absolutely fantastic! I love it!

I'm really surprised this worthy lot is currently pulling a low 8. The building looks great once plopped into my downtown area. Though the foundation is not to the level of the building, I'm able to mask it with New York style trees. I like it.

These are great, I'd like to see growables (and the palms gone.) Nice work.

Unfortunatly the texturing makes the building not fit in with the maxis buildings.

I went by this building every day when I went to high school...I rode past it on the bus, walked past it on the way home. The palm trees are dead wrong, though. Con Ed had an exhibit on "energy" on the main floor, to justify their high billing. Great stuff. I love to see New York buildings.

aww props to u, this is a sweet BAT, especially considering the lack of ny buildings going round.......... buttttt it's too big!!!! seriously tho, cos that block is like maybe 4, max 5 tiles across... :P oh well can't look a gift horse in the mouth!

Ironic...this building had a big fire in it last year!

Could be improved on - the lot is a bit awkward with all the open space behind it, and it's a bit textureless, with little of the great details it has, like that... THING that's on top of the tower. Still, I like it.
