In an attempt to revitalize business in the west side of Downtown Dannopolis, Donald Zeller, one of the leading real estate moguls in SimNation, built on a small 4x2 plot of land. Using his most trusted architect, Annoyingdan, he built a 38 storey building in the international style that provided the desperately needed jobs in the district of Dannato in Dannopolis. The Zeller Building does not have a main tenant. Instead it houses many small businesses ranging from small store chains to the headquarters of a small manufacturing company.
The building comes in three lots, one ploppable, and two growables. More info in readme.
