Please stop crowding the STEX with this trash.

Be quiet, Gamefreak. You have never realeased a lot on the STEX before so you have no idea how it works to make a lot. Before criticizing others like you usually do, think a little. In fact, these lots are very useful for realism. Maybe you should stop releasing your trash comments on the STEX.

Makes a great fill for my industrial, and utility areas in my cities.

This lot looks really nice, though I do have a question for the author. Does this lot do anything or is it eye candy? It doesn't matter I will still use it but it will make a difference if it does anything for reducing the trash output of a city, for my planning at least. :)

Well to make it simple : It's 'more or less' a small recycling centre. I was planned to handle about 3 tons of trash but in my cities it always somewhere between 8 an 20.

Fantastic idea but I don't like the fact that they're free to plop and free to buldoze. They should cost something. This is a game of monitary balance. If everything was free, it wouldn't be a game. Can this be fixed???
