Have you ever had a water pollution problem in a small city and you didn't have a lot of room for a treatment plant? Well, this is a 3x4 water treatment plant with the same attributes as the automatic one only smaller...
TO INSTALL: Just unzip and place the file in your SimCity 4 plugins folder!
NOTE: This should replace the automatic water treatment plant.
