About This File

This building was inspired by the Tuntex Building; after a picture I saw on google. It is designed as a "Split" building; it stretches over an in game section of road. The building taks a total foot print of 7 wide, by 5 deep, and is designed so that it will fit on two 5x3 sections of land, on each side of a road. You can plop it over an existing section of road, or connect it after it is plopped. Be sure to provide both power and water before plopping it.

Ploppable Landmark (Reward) Version : The Landmark version of this lot can be selected from the Reward menu and plopped in your city.

Lot size: 7 x 5 tiles
Menu position: Rewards
Custom Features : Menu Icon, Query
Reward Requirements: Population > 150,000 and 10,000 CO

10/10 for the tastefully executed work. *Cringes at the real building*

WOW! Umm, cool, however, I don't think it's actually possible in real life. Still, magnificent!

Effort and creativity is amazing. However, I believe the sum of the parts is greater than the sum of the whole. Therefore, I would love to see the individual buildings on separate lots. Nevertheless, the work is worth 10. What we deem to be realistic is an individual preference.

I like the way this is actually based on a real building, very smart adaptation for the game.

You should search for this thing on skyscraperpage.com, they have a bunch of info on it. It's an impressive bat, very well detailed and with plenty of similiarities to the real thing, although I think the real one doesn't have that road underneath. Great Job! :D
