I like the building a lot.. perhaps add a little texture to the roof.. a little something to make it look more active... and make it growable.. then I'll get it! Good Work!

I think that this is beautiful! I do wish it was growable.

With some time spent on detailing and textures this could be a great BAT - I sorry to say that as it is it looks unfinished.

The textures are correct to the building. If you check out the real thing you will see that it is plastic cladding, very basic, very cheap. I have kept my textures to minimal detail to reflect on this.

Grows well and is a very nice standout in the city due to its design, orientation and coloring! The number of occupants, however, is too great for a building of this size, but it is easy enough to edit it to more appropriate value.
