About This File

The Oakendell Lofts are semi-minimalist-style lofts comprised of simple materials.  Their high-quality design is similar to that of the Thaneplace Lofts, but the appearance is much more unique. Sims can get nice and close to your citys' CBDs with these lofts, keeping their commute times down, as well. 

This set of 3 loft models (the lot uses a building family) is provided as a growable medium-wealth residential lot.  It is a stage 5 part of the Houston tileset, holding 580 residents, and is 4x3 tiles.

Doubtful: I had a hard enough time getting these to grow as the stage they are now. Try it out ingame; if you get a LOT of them, tell me, and I will change that. I did the stage 5 in order to help people see them in the first place.

This one is more practical compare to the other high wealth lofts with its residential density, although not as great looking as the other ones. A 9/10!
