This is my first uploaded BAT, it is based on the 40 story Union BankPlaza in Downtown Los Angeles. It is ploppable and provides 3000co$$ jobs, it is on a 3x5 lot and costs $20,000 to plop. Also, it looksbetter in the game than in the pictures. Hope you enjoy :-)
UPDATE: Since some of you were asking, I added a growable version of this lot.
