Great job! I like the realistic design and the clean landscaping. Many other surburban type buidlings that I have seen on simtropolis are really good, but have cruddy looking parking lots, rooftops and landscaping, so it's refeshing to see yours so nicely done. Great job! I loved the Chilis too.

Very nice lot. I live in the Kansas City area and you can't drive 15 minutes through town without coming across an exit sign stating that there is an Applebee's at this exit,

they're almost like a McDonald's in location placement, but understandable seeing how Overland Park, Kansas is only a 25 minute drive from downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
