  1. NAM: Requests

uhm... i just entered that message twice and it wont let me delete this one, so i edited to say sorry for cluttering the post, this is not an intentional bump!
  2. NAM: Requests

and make them block traffic going against the arrows... don't forget about that part... but otherwise, exactly what i had in mind.
  3. NAM: Requests

definately, definately in need of one way streets... one lane, low capacity street textured one-ways... with stop signs, not lights and the whole street bit... except one way and only one lane... That would be SO providence
  4. Cable Cars

everyone repeat after me: Gondola: GON-DOW-LAH
  5. NAM: Requests

I definately agree that having the 1-way 1-sided continuous parallell on/off ramps for ground highways would rock. Especially with sunken ground highways, you could have an access road stem off the highway, run along the top of the embankment and then dump back onto the highway. I love them for el-highways, but they are really more realistic for ground highways.
  6. wow. this is an amazing idea that i had actually had as a fleeting thougth the other day when i was thinking about the possiblity of making a peg-style ski resort... with terrain conforming squares of snow and snow covered pines on a snowy floor... so you could plaster a mountain with ski slopes and have a couple different lodges, like a base lodge with pro shop and a summit lodge and a few plop-a-props like snow maker machines and boundary markers... but what made me give up the idea would be the complexity of having ski lifts (which of course made me think of gondolas...) but now that ardecila has pointed out how simple it would be (not that i could do it, but how incredibly possible it really is) i may revive the idea. Have the same cable-style puzzle pieces (i would need help with editing the NAM, that is for sure) and 2 different automa spawning stations one for a gondola and one for a ski-lift... the gondola station actually would need transit enabling as it would be a great idea for having a city in the mountains... but the ski lift wouldn't really give valuable stats, just spawn ski-lift automa i'm gonna have to sleep on that one.
  7. clinic recostomise

this really isn't all that unrealistic. it certainly isn't GOOD, and i won't use it... but i have seen a few clinics in areas where a city just grew up really quickly and they just throw a parking garage and a couple modular extentions to accomodate.
  8. La Mansion Solariega de los Montejo

for a first bat, that's REALLY good... I just saw this in-game... very nice
  9. SuperTurbine Generator

end result, for real effectiveness... rather than a cone end, you should have it flair out to a larger tourbine so the air flows through spinning two tourbines per foil... then stack four foils with the flairs alternating directions... that would rull all. great idea!
  10. SuperTurbine Generator

now that underwater idea aint so bad... you could call it Bernoulli's Power Converter... learn about bernoulli's principle here: http://home.earthlink.net/~mmc1919/venturi.html
  11. SuperTurbine Generator

heh. i'm glad you elaborated the sim-mars part of it... but still, the air flowing in would rather create a stagnant chamber even in high winds rather than force the air down the shaft...
  12. La Mansion Solariega de los Montejo

ooohhhhh... creapy stylie... nice! first comment? first download?
  13. Liberty Tower

hehe... it's like a green foam oblesque that someone just came along and chopped off the top with a katanna blade. hehe sorry. Nice building!
  14. The Red Church

but how did you make it such a perfect replica?! I didn't tell anyone about that dream... OH MY GOD!!! IT WASN'T A DREAM, WAS IT?!?!
  15. The Red Church

just like the one that i see in my dreams when the cult of Xes decides they want me a subject of their ritualistic experiments to have satyres inhabit the bodies of men to propagte with the wood nymphs who live in the forest behind the church.
