Since moonei had uploaded an Urban Clinic without a lot file, I finally decided to give him a hand with it.
This is the result.
I picked this building as I thought the game default to be a bit old. I wanted something new and thought that moonei had done a nice job with the building.
So here it is.

Found that the foundation/lot threshhold was incorrectly set for anything other than absolutely flat ground. That has now been fix.

Staff Edit 05/17/2020: The Urban Clinic file is no longer available on the STEX (nor is it on the LEX). However, the dependencies have been updated. If we find the Urban Clinic file, this will be updated with the proper link. -CF
