ANOTHER PROBLEM: This lot tries to grow on a 6x3 lot . . . . . you get the lovely blank/dirt lot.

Are you using the original version? If so, delete all the files and update to the new version. If not, then do you still have the 6x3 growable lot file present?

I downloaded the updated version - it grew on a 6x4 lot - and the building disappeared similar to as previously described! Could not bulldoze it, had to de-zone to get rid of it. It appears there is a major issue with this building.

Are you absolutely sure you deleted the old version first? This is explainable if you had forgotten to do that or the lot file somehow made it through from the old version ...

What box? You probably somehow are missing a prop ... try getting the bldgprops_vol1.dat file from Maxis' official site.
