It's cool, but it's plop cost for 400,000 dollars is a bit much, But I have a huge region and this will definitly come in handy, I'm downloading it!

The plop cost is high because the capacity is so high. I thought the same thing at first, but after comparing it to the default clinic and hospital I thought it was fairly balanced. You won't ever have more than one of these in a city, anyways. I can lower the cost if enough people want me to.

A side note ... this lot will not override your original Japanese version. I had to make a new lot file and duplicate the old lot design exactly for a few technical reasons ... sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I have the japanese version and it is great. One question tho...where did the T-Shaped road junction in the bottom left corner come from. It looks awsome.

That's just a default RH thing ... end an avenue and run a road into the side of it (only from one side, not going all the way across). ;)

download my hospital 3 times the patient coverage and one tenth the cost and twice the radius - nice building

oh what a Hospital

Has anyone had problems with what looks like garbage piling up in the roads and avenues surrounding the hospital?

Put more garbage disposal facilities in your city. This happens with any building that produces trash when there is no way to dispose of it (either overworked facilities or just not enough).
