    Just a note for any Calatrava fans in the northwestern United States...there's an exhibit on his work at the Henry Art Gallery at the University of Washington in Seattle. It runs through Nov 2. Calatrava Exhibit in Seattle

Build Cost: $35,000 Monthly Cost: $75 Bulldoze: $100 Benefits: Unique for a landmark, the Red Church primarily boosts residential desirability across a wide area. There is also a smaller commercial benefit for nearby land. You should notice a couple of other fun little quirks as well. Please rate if you download. Thanks! Known Issues: Like most BAT buildings, the night lights may not show up until you toggle them on/off once. Also, in rare cases, the walking path may not show.
