About This File

The Red Church is a landmark based on St. James Episcopal Church in Sonora, California, which was built during the gold rush.

Build Cost: $35,000

Monthly Cost: $75

Bulldoze: $100

Benefits: Unique for a landmark, the Red Church primarily boosts residential desirability across a wide area. There is also a smaller commercial benefit for nearby land. You should notice a couple of other fun little quirks as well.

Please rate if you download. Thanks!

Known Issues: Like most BAT buildings, the night lights may not show up until you toggle them on/off once. Also, in rare cases, the walking path may not show.
