  12. From what I have read. For Simcity 4 Deluxe, Disc 2 must be in. For other versions, The disc does not matter/ Disc one must be in.

    Very Good. I love the bluring effect in the pic but if you can change the second pic to a day time pic that doesn't have tha blurring effect in it. I would really like to see how it looks normaly.
