    install to folder as directd and now game won't start. deleted all files of this addon and still nothing.Will hsve to reload game ..(this is the second file I've tried from here and had to reload the game to get it to run.

    Installed the file, ran game, put down some roads, clicked on something else and was back to my desk top. uninstalled and reinstalled  game and it works fine.
