    These have been hanging around in my bat showcase for a while, thelonger version of the Mietshaus, packing over 300 happy sims in shoebox flats. Based on blocks of flats in Wandsbek, not far away from thefirst Mietshaus models I uploaded. Just a bit of useless information for you there :-) Zip contains: 3 Models - each with 2 R$ Lots at 2x4 and housnig 303 Residents and 1 screenshot. For a change, theblocks of flats are angled, just thought I'd try it out, and thenthought it looked kinda ok :-) Have fun with them...     This is based on a real building in Wandsbek, Hamburg, although these buildings in various colours pop up all other Germany. Sometimes they seem to cover entire city districts. To represent this, 2 slightly different styles will follow, just to add a bit variety. R$5 Residential building, houses 210 sims. Comes in 2x3, 3x2, 2x4, for estates - it's best to zone medium density 2x4.     Hi, well I can't cook, h'ors Douvres are too small, and I love spicey food, but I like this Forum :-) I must say that the discussion which continues down this page is something I have not had to think about or deal with for a very long time. I guess I'm lucky to live amongst friends (mostly straight) where it isn't a topic, they all know. I don't go into a room, and announce hello, I'm gay, because with strangers personally I don't think it's any of their business. Which doesn't mean I'm scared to stand up and be counted.

    An apartment house located on the site of the Winterhuder Faehrhaus in Hamburg. This is my second BAT, but the first building I've posted since SimCity 2000, which makes me reeeally old :-). Not all that impressive, I know, but okay for a start. BTW, did you know, you can plant trees on city lots, just like open grassland. Houses 71 sims, only growable. No Plop Dependencies.

    Hallo again, I admit I can't even look at this model anymore. Still I'm grateful for the comments and have made the changes requested here, but I won't post it, till I get the night lights to work. I've been re-working my first BAT, for about the forth time now, mal schauen.

    Yep I'm the same Stephen from Hamburg. I'll make a list of the changes requested here and start on them, it will probably still be without night-lighting, unless there's a miracle before the end of the week. Thanks to erdmoebel for the textures and tips!
