This is based on a real building in Wandsbek, Hamburg, although these buildings in various colours pop up all other Germany.
Sometimes they seem to cover entire city districts.
To represent this, 2 slightly different styles will follow, just to add a bit variety.
R$5 Residential building, houses 210 sims.
Comes in 2x3, 3x2, 2x4, for estates - it's best to zone medium density 2x4.
