These have been hanging around in my bat showcase for a while, thelonger version of the Mietshaus, packing over 300 happy sims in shoebox flats. Based on blocks of flats in Wandsbek, not far away from thefirst Mietshaus models I uploaded.
Just a bit of useless information for you there :-)
Zip contains:
3 Models - each with 2 R$ Lots at 2x4 and housnig 303 Residents and 1 screenshot.
