I have also had the method nofunk is explaining work for me, except the residential buildings I plop seem to have no residents in them, they become purely cosmetic.

I very much approve of this project, keep of the good work. I also suggest making a corner version where the bay windows face the corner of the property. Also, when lotting perhaps include a version where the garages are at the back of the property so a sort of alley way can be achieved. Good Luck and I hope to see this through!

I think you should have a similar building beside it, or extend the building to be a 1x 2 because it looks like a wall-to-wall. (: Other than that it looks really good!

Hey SimRabbit, nice to see you back. So, you're new commercial and industrial projects....are they going to be mainly "suburban"-like or will you make them compatiable for dense urban environments for midtowns and such?

I really enjoy this project! I have a request though...A corner rowhome or borwnstone! There are none in the game, and I it would be sorta cool to see one where the door is facing the corner of the street or even one with a small shop or something on the main floor. Overall I am a huge supporter and hope to see this progress!! -
I love your building so much, the detail is amazing, but in game they look really small, so I don't end up using them. I am wondering for the theaters if they will be W2W and a little bigger than your previous work.
