is there a mod that replaces the entire residential system from maxis to a Japanese style. I have one by Moonlight but I want to know if there any more thx. PS: Is there a way to create custom Sims for the game without needing The Sims just to do it.

odd thing happend in school.. I got detation in reg chem class I have honors chem class... to top it off I never get detation in school...

there is a slight difference between the Maxis and Dark nite mod. for example its more dark blue-ish then purple and it's a lot longer than the maxis night. also the dark nite mod only extends the time when night shows(from 8or9pm-7am) It DOES NOT extends the lights on buildings.(the only flaw to this mod) regarding the Twin Towers landmark version reward version New world trade center (WARNING: all require dependencies) regarding the NASCAR stadium, there officially isn't one but there is one by AGS here BTW thanks for helping me find a F1 racetrack here

i don't know, sometimes when a fire breaks out in Snowpoint city ( one of my of user made cities) the hydrogen power plant in that city also catches on fire... any one got any solutions on that.

I have an intel atom processer(which really sucks) and SC4 starts up in 3 mins and loads a city from start up in 5 mins.any other time i load up a city it takes about 2.5-5 mins. -

Christmas day easteregg-4th of july Fireworks

upon finding out not too long ago that maxis implempted a Christmas "easteregg", there was something else i found out as well. every time it hits July 4th, fireworks go off on their own. I wish I had a pic to show this, but It's to catch this seeing that it does it on random years in the game. has any one else seen this strange event or do I just have a possessed copy of SC4? -

I know excalty what your saying is true. but you have to remember, Maxis is more of a Amer-Euro centric Company. with the exception of Societies and Creator, sim city games are often based on European and American cities.
