I.S.F. ltd is a financial institution where "not quite legal money" is stored or laundered! and as an extra bonus, if you allow this building to be placed in your city, you get kickback from all the "Dirty Money".... as long as you pretend not to know anything about the illegal activities that go on in this building! LOL This building is found in your parks and recreation menu. It provides cash relief in the city expense column of your budget

Atlast! You no longer have to have extinct volcanos! They can now be active. The pack includes 2x2 smoke only 1x1 smoke only 1x1 smoke and fire 1x1 hidden volcano power the volcano power pack is due to the smoke will not apear without electricity, and i didnt want to run power lines up the side of the volcano. the easiest way to place these is to place the smoke tiles first (Without power) and then the fire...when it looks like you want it...place the power pack in an easy to remember place (incase you wish to modify the volcano later) and watch the smoke start billowing out of the crater! ***WARNING**** these volcano lots do produce a small amount of pollution(but so do real volcanos i guess)

Yes, this really is a "REAL WORLD" building, and probly the most bizzare example of public housing i have ever seen. An I dont expect to find anything as odd as these. In the early 1970's several of these buildings were built in the city of Mankato, Minnesota in response to the need for low income housing. The structures were quickly nicknamed "Tornado Towers" due to the fact that they were actually "Vertical Mobile Home Parks" .....Yes!! you heard me correctly!! Many people, when seeing them for the first time, would stare in disbelief. Especially considering the fact that Mankato is a considerably windier city than Chicago, and the towers were on the hilltop. AND.....80% of the 200+ tornados that occur in the state of Minnesota, strike within 100miles (aprox. 150km) of the towers! By 1995 the infamous "Tornado Towers" had deteriorated to the point that they were no longer "safe" to live in. So the city of Mankato demolished them, and replaced them with more upscale housing. This lot provides housing for 50 R$ residents, it does best on the edge of town near agriculture or within a short commute of dirty industry or manufacturing. Update- prop plugins added

This sculpture is a real world Landmark in Minneapolis, MN USA. Niagara Skyscraper No.20 is here!! and its a BIG ONE! If your into realism, then dont download this lot. This lot is NOT meant to be realistic, and realism is NOT a requirement of the game or lot editor or the lot exchange depite what some people might think Miracle Mile is actually more than a mile tall, at 5,500 FT! This structure has many benifits for your city. Such as Residential Demand Cap relief method of Employment of 8800 sims! Also, it has a VERY high landmark level to help encourage commercial growth in the city that its placed in. howerer, nothing is free in this world, and this is true with Miracle Mile: Plop cost $1,000,000 buldoze cost $200,000 monthly cost $2500 Also, be careful, as this Building will put a strain on your city's utilities, it takes alot of electricity and water to operate a building of this size, so your city has to have a really good economic base before placing it. This may be my last lot as I have no plans to post any more, I may make more in the future for my game, but im not sure that i will post them anywhere...but only time will tell if i change my mind or not.

If you think i got carried away on this one, your right!....so be kind. After the better part of two days, I realized that the third of my skyscraper series was alittle ....well....LARGE!!!!!!! It is about the same hieght as the Empire State Building...maybe alittle taller if you dont count the antenna on top of the Empire State.

A CO$$$ building providing 2000 jobs. This building is about as tall as the Bank of China building, with a 4x4 base. It is also has a 1970's North American style which was noted for the rectangular simple box shape. They were mainly utilitarian style providing lots of office space on small city blocks. With a growing city, a person runs out of space to but people so you have to zone right up to the highways, but who wants to listen to all that highway traffic? I sure don't! The solution is Niagara Sound Walls. This building is for the Capitol city for my region to celebrate the 2millionth SimCitizen. Remember, this was created because i wanted it in my city, but i thought that someone else might want it in thier city too. If you dont like tall buildings than this is NOT the download for you....If you LOVE tall buildings..... then..... here are some features: 10,000 total jobs landmark effect it rises 740 stories into the air!!! if in realife...it would be the tallest structure on Earth! (Taller than the CN tower). can be seen well from the regional view.
