Crate & Barrel will be joined by 60 stores/restaurants, which as of this morning, have all been textured and are awaiting rendering. Here are a few samples:

Thanks! They're flush... but... I might recess them a bit or modify them to give them more visual depth.

Since there are Starbucks everywhere (including on the STEX)... I hadn't thought about including it and was targeting more local brands such as the SF Bay Area's Philz Coffee or maybe a Peets and LA's Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf...... but now that you've mentioned it you've given me a moment... I think I'll do a Starbucks Reserve Roastery!

Starting a High-End/Luxury Retail Center: It will be anchored by a Crate & Barrel: When finished, the yet to be named center will have approx. 50 stores, including the ones already shown above and others such as American Girl, Athleta, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Prada, Sur La Table, Tesla, Tiffany & Co., Uni Qlo, Valentino, Zara. Food/Drink/Restaurants will include: California Pizza Kitchen, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Fogo de Chao, Jamba Juice, Maggiano's, Philz Coffee, Pinkberry, Umami Burger + others. Basically, expensive stuff...

Joining Fry's Electronics, Nordstrom Rack and Sportsmans Warehouse.....

That’s the most unique TJ Maxx/Homegoods/Marshalls I’ve ever seen. And yeah DD’s Discounts is here in CA, there are at least 3 of them within 15 miles of where I live. Many more throughout the rest of the metro area.
  11. Cinemark

Very Nice! We needed more movie theaters and it's great to see the Cinemark brand in game!

@IDS2Thanks for the comment! I purposefully set the height of this one to be shorter than your typical real world Hyatt Regency. Reason being that this one is designed specifically for one of my cities and needed to fit into a pretty tight lot between an arterial and an Interstate highway (that's why there's the sound wall on the back side). Also wanted to keep some consistency between this and the adjacent buildings... and the Sims, particularly, the City Council and Planning Department of this particular city are very much adverse to anything that blocks their views of their precious douglas fir trees, mountains, hills, river and whatever other natural wonders they want to see I do want to make a taller one, though, so that's on the list for next time. That one will likely take on the Grand Hyatt brand.

London Drugs is a Richmond, BC-based Canadian retail chain currently operating 82 stores in four Canadian provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan). The stores primarily operate as a drugstore and pharmacy, but also sell a variety of other products, including kitchen appliances, cosmetics, photo equipment, small appliances and computer/electronics. Some locations also include an in-store Canada Post office. The building sits on a 3x3 lot that can be found in the Landmarks menu. The lot has been intentionally designed to be easily plopped into your existing retail plazas. For best results, please copy all of the contents of the Zip File into your Plugins folder. Dependencies: None. Enjoy!

@RRetail Ah yes, I remember the days when Forever 21 was everywhere. I’ve got a list of defunct stores I want to do (maybe all rolled into one plaza)... but I have quite a list ahead of that... so who knows, by the time I get around to it, Forever 21 might actually qualify for that. As for Lord & Taylor, we dont have those on the west coast, so I dont know much about them. I’ve only been in one once, funny enough in PA as well at the King of Prussia mall. I was only in there to use the facilities lol... and it was years ago, but I thought it was very similar to Macys in terms of merchandise, design and layout.

Macy’s also owns the Bloomingdale’s brand and I’ve been wanting to do a Bloomingdales The Outlet. Also along the same lines, a Saks Off Fifth... both of which would fit in nicely as anchors in an outlet mall similar to the IRL Mills malls. When that will happen though? I dunno... could be never or it could be tomorrow, depending on when my brain, hands, motivation and computer all get on the same page.

It's been a while, but I'm still here, and here are some updates: Retail / Restaurant Stuff Sweet Tomatoes (yes, I plan on making a Soup Plantation version for your Southern California cities). This is just a re-skin of my Islands Burgers restaurant, but I'll probably change a few more things to differentiate the two a bit more: Strip Mall Anchor Stores: I'm planning at least 5 big box anchor stores, either I'll put them into a gigantic plaza, or I'll release it as a pack so that users can interchange as they see fit: Asia Restaurants & Retail: I made these for my Asian cities. London Drugs: I haven't forgotten this one, it should be finalized and lotted soon, with release shortly after: "Skyscrapers" Aviation: 3-story Jetbridges (45' and 90')
