  4. i absolutely hate it when a coit tower with jobs randomly pops up in my city. is there anyway to prevent the abandonment of building-plopped residentials? for some reason, some of the residential buildings that i plopped survived and remained inhabited, while the rest of them get the suitcase zot and then eventually became abandoned due to "commute time".... i absolutely don't understand what's going on here ::
