Well, I don't think this mission is so hard, but it's funny because almost all GTA IV's missions are about Niko killing people for money (hitman style). -

Educate your people and keep them healthy. But I recomend you to let your people poor and sick, because Health and Education systems costs a lot of money per month, and Dirty Industries will give you quick money. EDIT: if you already have a lot of money, just wait until your sims being very educated and healthy and DEZONE your Dirty Industrial zone and wait until the pollution disappears and rezone the area. -

Caralho vei, essa sua ultima SS é do kct. Ae, se me permite te recomendar um mod foda pra vc tirar SS das suas sidads de um jeito bem foda, baixa o mod de efeitos temporais do JENX, mano mto foda. Tenio umas SS mas n posso postar aki pq é seu "CJ (Não é o CJ do GTA)" Entra no SC4D e baixa aki: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php? Só uma coisa, no mês 12, o mod enche suas sidades de neve e a neve custa a sair, mas o manolo ta resolvendo isso, então destrua os lotes no mês 12 se vc n quiser neve na sua cidade. Você coloca esse lot no meio da sua cidade (não precisa de ser no meio exato) e sua cidade começa a ter temporais de épocas de anos. Eu recomendo por no minimo 4 ~ 6 lotes desses na sua sidade já que ela é grande, pq a gif da chuva cobre só uma parte razoavel da cidade por lot. Você vai ter 2 arquivos, 1 que os efeitos podem causar danos e outro que não causam danos ou destruição na sua cidade, aí você escolhe e arrasta pra sua pasta plugin que deve ser nada grande ne e pá num sei o que lá. :D

It's just simple... Hurl some meteors on where they're rioting if you run out of police cars, it always works when you know how to control the meteor Do you se any rioter or survivor here? I'm sure you'll answer NO! Or you can send a lighting bolt on their heads and wait until their building burns. In the end, you city will be peaceful again. Hope you've enjoyed and I helped you :D :D

Meh -- 2° Throw a meteor on the box that's marked to share videos for G+. I don't understand the logic of park'n'ride, some buildings have some parking lot, so... why nobody uses their cars to park there? It would be more logical. :Z

They're pretty much exe-locked, and we know this already from past experiments. RHW (most notably), Street, and El Rail* (surprisingly enough) don't have tunnel functionality at all. All you can ever do is add an exemplar to create a tunnel cap, but the game won't recognise it as a usable tunnel. * - Subway doesn't count as a tunnel, and the El Rail to Subway Transition doesn't count as a puzzle piece. When I need to do a RHW tunnel, I use ground highway (symphony) cuz it has almost the same appearance as RHW-4 (It's basically a RHW-4C with lil walls. And I end with a satisfactory result like this :D It's a shame that EA made things a little hard to the ppl who saved this game from mud to mod some stuff of the game :S

I guess that street tunnel don't exist in SC4, if I'm right, the nam team can do nothing about it, cuz it's hardcoded or something like this... :S

After destroying many cities using "Lightning Bolts" when I get tired of building highways and throwing meteor on my people's heads when they're rioting (I use a mod for it), I learned a lot of cool things that we can do using "disasters" stuff :D
