    It's a nice building, but I am bit upset that when I place it in my game the base texture shows as black.

    I like the premise, however SC4 comes with palm trees. I would be more impressed with majestic redwoods, maybe some with a tunnel that a road can pass through. Just a thought.

    This is a great looking building. I am sure a lot of time went into it, however I am disappointed that many BAT builders don't include landmark versions of their buildings. The reason I like the option of a landmark, is so I can place it immediately in my city.
