    @ omegasis https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/?p=files&type=Modd&page=1&display=popular you have to use this version of it ..it runs on vista ...the bsc one will not even opn or the mapper from nhp will not work either !

    and icesickles ..just click on the right config and save it to the simcity regions folder with the name shanghia ....it will ask you to replace the old one and overwrite it ... this one is 1025 x 1025

    im gonna try something ..I found an a image converter in my nero photo snap program ..I am gonna try and change the nc.jpg to a greyscale and then try and load it onto a default config .... be back to tell you if it worked ...if so , i can get all of your maps now !!!!!!! -_- thanks for the great effort and work even if I can't get it ..good that people care enough to mod the game is enough for me.

    all I need is the grey scale and config ..screw the teerra former tool ..why add another program if oyu can just put in the folders yourself ? I love your maps but can't get them ...I tried the tool but it was kinda complicated to get working so I uninstalled it .... greyscale and conffig ....thats all we need ..please

    i cant get sc4 mapper to run . i really like your maps man , wish I could use them .... it would be easier if you just gave us the config file and the grey scale image ....that all I need ..it easier than using the mapper too ....
