Is this thing a virus ? It screwed up my game now ..and I cannot uninstall it ...no matter what i do ....I'm gonna have to re install sc4 now and somehow clean out my registry .. bullcrap man

got the terra tool to finally open up ! now i can all y'alls maps 8-)

@ omegasis https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/?p=files&type=Modd&page=1&display=popular you have to use this version of it ..it runs on vista ...the bsc one will not even opn or the mapper from nhp will not work either !

and icesickles ..just click on the right config and save it to the simcity regions folder with the name shanghia ....it will ask you to replace the old one and overwrite it ... this one is 1025 x 1025

@ Icesickels ....save the image as a jpeg ....then if the default region is the wrong size ...use a config file from this link http://www.ussdragonstar.com/simcity4/terrainsite/configs.html

btw , I gave 5/5 just for ease of files..no need to open up and run a terra former program ...
