Ph might bid for 2024 Summer Olympics (although I really doubt they will get picked). If Luzon(Metro Manila) having a difficulty to get IOC attention, Visayas and Mindanao have no chance. But developmental wise, Cebu and Davao(much better) are much better since the two are much easier to clean-up than Metro Manila.

That's a known issue of the game's bugged traffic simulator. If you haven't already, download and install the Network Addon Mod (NAM), the most essential mod of SimCity 4. It improves the commute time, mass transit usage and stuff like that. It also gives you bonuses to play around, like viaducts, roundabouts, a modular highway system, etc. (Before you install it, download and install this and this. Install the former one before the latter one.) -

2920 I guess the reason why tropical people are extremely laid back is because of the right temperature, whereas the temperate people have to work hard to clear snow, stuff like that...
