Neighbourhood Island: Village District Planet: Viborg Sovereign State: Baldur City State: Greater Valhallan Region City: Valhalla Borough: Neighbourhood Island District: Village The Village District is located on the west end of Neighbourhood Island and gets its name from the relatively low height of its buildings when compared to the towering behemoths found everywhere else on the island. It is the island's smallest district and is composed of mainly row/townhouses and tenements although a small section of the midtown financial district is located within its borders. It is the oldest district on the island and one of the few refuges from the sun-blocking skyscrapers covering the majority of Neighbourhood Island. Nice! I like the highway running under part of the city. You may want to centre the text in between pictures, I think it would look a little more streamlined and easier to read.

I decide the filter based on the dominant colours and atmosphere of the pictures. But the observation on the atmospheric composition of Viborg and the light from its star is very cool and clever. I've never though about it that way.
