why do you have to register? and how does street parking help? i never even know parking was a factor in SC4

i installed the NAM a while ago, and now there are some things i dont like about it. i selected the option that hides the arrows on one way roads and now i totally regret that decision. how do i change (or other things) that back? thanks!

you need to match those city blocks up, too many intersections.

im looking for a medium size commercial building. like more than half the size of a skyscraper. Im having trouble finding any on the exchange. im trying to find one with a lot of glass too, if possible. several of the offices where i live are moderately tall like this, and im trying to recreate this. it would also help for my smaller, more surburban cities. im tired of the strictly square-looking new york/chicago style buildings im looking for towers similar to this here are some pics i found from google street view...bear with me any help is appreciated

Here are a few shots of this college town i built. started out as a small college town, then it grew over the years as the university gained widespread popularity and excelled in Division I sports. A few high rises were built in the downtown area. (only about 5 buildings were plopped)

i am moderately computer literate. i am about to format my PC and i have a question about making backups of my cities. i am developing the "Fairview" region which is included in the game. i have put a lot of work into it and want to save it. when i go to the regions\Fairview folder in my directory, all of the files in there are named "City - New City (#)" with a different number. shouldnt the names of the files change when i create a city in that region? im worried that if i put this file into my backup drive it wont save the cities. i need some guidance. here is a screen shot of the folder thanks Please follow the posting rules for images, 800x600 pixel limit tungston

yea u were right, i was looking in the wrong directory! i found all my named cities in My Documents folder. silly me! thanks for the help guys!
