  1. About the cheat money, I did similar to Blakesterville, is that in my test city I put something like moolah -10000000000 and the budget show like this (-) sign. Even i put moolah 1000000000000 I still got this sign (-). A second later, the game kick me out. So you have to be carful when you use this cheat.

  10. This has happened to me too. This happened to some laptops and desktop computers. In this case, you can restart your computer or disable and Re-Enable your CD ROM. I think the easy way is to restart your computer. Hope this works for you.
