Sonic Drive In --------------- Edit: The LM version of this download is now transit enabled! Sonic Drive-In is an American drive-in fast food restaraunt chain based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, complete with carhops who sometimes wear rollerskates. As of Aug 31. 2010, there were 3,500 restaraunts in forty-three U.S. states. Sonic serves about 3 million customers daily. Surprise! I know I made no mention of this in my BAT thread, (although I leaked an image of it to the Chat room sometimes ago) but I wanted this one to be a STEX surprise, and for the time it took to make, I'm surprised just how well it came out. My 8th BAT. Inside this download is a .SC4MODEL file, two folders that gives you a CS$ growwable version, and a LM ploppable version, along with two screenshots. The Landmark and Growwable have default settings, although the growwable does not require water to function. If you just want to use the Landmark version, delete the "CS$ Growwable" folder. Vice versa if you want just the growwable. Installation: ------------- Just unzip or extract the folder and put it's contents into your plugin folder in the documents/simcity4/plugins directory, preferably all in a folder titled "Sonic" to be neat and tidy. Uninstallation: --------------- Just remove everything Sonic from your plugins folder and delete all instances of it from your city tiles. Specs: Ploppable ---------------- Bulldoze Cost: $100 Flammability: 10 MaxFireStage: 1 Mayor Rating Effect: 10 256 Plop Cost: $110 Jobs: No Power Consumed: 60 Water Consumed: 0 Specs: Growwable --------------- Bulldoze Cost: $193 Jobs: Yes Flammability: 45 MaxFireStage: 3 Power Consumed: 7 Water Consumed: 0 Dependencies? Hello, This has been a serious bummer for me for the past 9 years and since SimTrop has such a huge community, some of you must be knowledgeable in Health and PhysEd. I'm asking for honest help, and trust me, I know full well about trying to just plain work out but years of Physical Education and some time having a manual labor job hasn't shown progress. So I'm coming to you guys for advice, suggestions, anything that can help. I'm Male, 21, 6'1" and I'm over 300lbs. My worry though isn't about my gut right now. It's the fatty breast tissue. I have a 54in. chest where it really should be somewhere in the 40s by what I imagine is normal for my build. Years of daily physical education didn't curb my breast fat and having this job where I work part time and full time hours in the sun lifting and moving anywhere from 5lbs up to 200lbs hasn't shown me progress. I just need some alternative to removing this breast fat so I don't have to be so self conscious when I wear loose, thin fabric clothing. I don't care nearly as much about my gut than I do about getting my chest down. And if you're going to suggest just working out and exercising, I'll note that I have allergy asthma that gets really bad from prolonged exercise. Is there anyone that has any advice for this? Natural supplements? Medical treatment? Alternate physical activities?

Not trying to be a troll or disrespectful in anyway, but I'm genuinely confused. Why do people of that sexuality have the urge to publicly express their pride of swinging the other way? Logos, clothing lines, whole parades? I don't see any Hetero pride parades. I'm straight and...that's it really. I don't have the urge to express how proud I am to be attracted to my girlfriend.

I'm a serious "Slice of Life" kind of guy. Azumanga Daioh, Love Hina, I even recently watched a short series about teenagers stuck in a High School Limbo after dying so they can be given a second chance in finding peace in a familiar setting before moving on. I have to say, -*spoilers*- at the end when the group of kids finally accepted death and found peace and started "vanishing" (moving on) I had major tears. I can't remember the title.

It takes hard effort to find positive things in our lives, yet it's second nature to easily acknowledge the burdening crap that plagues us every day. No wonder there's War.

Got Refund! for Simcity
Follarch replied to jobin007007's topic in SimCity (2013) General Discussion
I beg to differ. What REALLY can happen, was he got his $60 back, and now he can just wait until the price depreciates, and can pick it up again for a quarter of the cost. In the end, he saved money and still got the updated game. I'd say that's the opposite of hurting himself. -
Update 85 | Das'gotn International Airport | T2 to Takeoff!
Follarch commented on Forthwall's City Journal Entry in Shushtrepistaz Outlet
Those terminals were custom made for personal use. They aren't available publicly. I love the look of it all. Did you custom lot the FedEx plane on the taxiway? -
Or is Simtropolis slowly turning into a version of Youtube? I've been noticing around the forums lately, mostly in the City Journals forum where people are now ending their updates with pleadings of "+1"ing and such. Remind you of anything? Maybe the hundreds of Youtubers who end their videos with reminding their viewers to comment and subscribe to their channel. Now it's infected Simtropolis and our City Journalists are "reminding" us to +1 their posts. Isn't the point of this community to share our enjoyment of the game with our CJs, not to try to gain popularity? I don't see the point of needing everyone to +1 our posts.

A death in the family after months of hardship is a tragic way to welcome a new chapter in my life.

Kurt Y U POPULAR?! You're awesome at American Midwest. It looks like a really nice place to live, so tranquil and green, but developed enough to not be the boondocks. Also, railway! Love it when train tracks run through wooded areas. I'll look into buying a house with one of my many cameos.

Socialist Republic of Matinenda | Update 2: Visiting Cretos
Follarch replied to §haÅ--Ñ€ §hÅŽo's topic in SC4 City Journals
So much delicious Mediterranean content! The third to last image is beautiful, those tracks winding through all that forest and houses? I'd be in heaven watching trains go by. And it's a great idea placing those 1x2 houses intermittently along the streets with farm in between them. I actually tried that because of you. -
Is an acceptance speech warranted for just being nominated? If not then I'll go back to lurking in the shadows again.

I guess it's obvious what people like to have as their "entertainment" along with their meals.

The Reviews on Amazon.com are trickling in...

IGN's community rated SimCity 6.1/10. -
Guys (and possibly gals), there's a big fat solution to all the complaining. Don't play it. Don't buy it. Don't even think about it. It's really quite easy. Just don't touch it, don't give in to it. But if you really must try it, wait for it to depreciate. Think of it this way. SimCity is selling for $59.99 BASE PRICE. CitiesXL2011 sold for $40, twenty bucks cheaper, and I cannot see a major difference between the two games. It is an obvious fact that EA is milking the fanbase for all it's worth and knowing EA, there will be paid DLC in the coming months to milk even more money. "Coming this Summer! Explore the Future by building your very own Robot Factory or some stuff, just $15!" Or god forbid it's a Map Pack.

Mosaic Flight, Now Departing We hope you enjoyed your time at Gilbertson Regional Airport

You're using a seriously lush green terrain mod. Which is it exactly? Definitely not Columbus. There will definitely be some nice bridges to be built there.

Is anyone actually playing yet?
Follarch replied to Kythlyn's topic in SimCity (2013) General Discussion
Not playing it. Mostly because I feel that it's a,.. (•_•) ( •_•)>⌐■-■ (⌐■_■) ...'Sin'City to play it. YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! But really, not going to buy it until it's cheaper. -
First Looks at the town of Gene, Folland. Okay then, I opened Simcity4 and did a little development and watching of the Automata as they zoom across town. Quite enjoyable. This is more of a filler, I don't have anything awe inspiring to show right now. I always end up making little towns. Well here's another. As you can tell, there's been some effort lately. Don't kid yourself, there's a poo-ton of island left to even render, not to mention develop on once rendered. I like to show off my trains. You just can't get these moments in-game, so editing the train onto the platform had to have been done. This is at the moment a terminus, though that may change later if I decide to have it cross the water to the mainland, but that would mean cutting through the town center. Also, the train time-table is complete bull. I just love my grocery store. It's one of my utmost favorite BATs. And this wasn't originally an image I was going to showcase, but I thought, why the hell not and so it's here. This is near the edge of the town's city tile, where my transit networks get a bit funkay. At first I had the Heavy Rail line go elevated and cross over the highway, but that just made me too cranky with the result, so I blew it up! This is the much more realistic version, where the highway passes over the now grounded train tracks. These tracks are actually a part of a gigantic three-way interchange that spans two city tiles. The spur that crosses under the highway will eventually go south, while the straight line will move north. Happy to say the rail and highway are being used. Just not in this image at the moment..
