It makes me want to create my own country (not even possable) or over throw the government and create a whole new government (you do need government to not cause chaos, even though it still is) and then become an independent nation. Im not sure that there is a mod to get rid of just the mansions, try raise $$$ residents to 20% or zone 2x2 lots mansions dont grow on those

I am expanding the land to have more room in my city (center of picture) and I want to create an artistic arificial island right next to it like the palms in Dubai, but more original. Maybe its early in the morning but I cant think of any design. Maybe you can help me with ideas?
