    The link to this mod I could not get with my Firefox browser. I had to use IE for the page to load correctly and to get to the download. I am not knowing if this would help anyones but I think I would share this.

    Holy Crap!! This deserves a new word. BESTER (Bess-terr). Adjective, Exclamation:.: A combination of words describing when somehow the best becomes better. "Dude, OMG, this map is bester than the last one, I can't believe it!!"

    Very, very cool! The 90 degree bends are great if you need to test a new helmet. Probably lots of crashes there. These are 8/10 now, fix the 90's and this is totally a ten!! Sweet!

    I paintbucketed the 'black' part with pure black and it came out the same. I wonder how that yellowish fade gets into the corners. I would LOVE to see ur idea polished to perfection. I will mess around and see what I can do. This is really dope!!!

    First let me say that this is a smart idea. I can't believe how much better this looks than the maxis background. That said, the tiles are way way too obvious and are not nearly black enough. All in all you get an 8 because you have such a great idea

    ok here are some pics of the problems I am having. Never posted b4 here so we'll see how that goes... There just seem to be some awkwardness along the coasts. Even untouched beach areas on new city tiles are kinda weird. I tried to adjust the height of the beach area as well and did'nt find that it look too much better. I've can throw some more pics up if it could help more. I may just re-render my map and hope it goes away

    First, Cycledogg this is an absolutely terrific mod. I have the trees and terrain working great. I had several terrain type mods which were all removed. My only problem is the beach area. I tried removing the beachcliff dat and that did not help. My shorelines have become very choppy. The water follows the contours of the land but only in the small boxes(one road tile). Anyone else had a similar problem? or have a solution? I can give you pics tomorrow morning if that would help. tHx
