This is version 2 of my "Smaller Army Base". This version has been enlarged to 5x5 to make it more realistic. I have added a security wall, more vehicles, and living quarters.
TO INSTALL: To install, just unzip and place the file in you SimCity 4 plugins folder! This will replace the automatic army base.
