    Hello Powerful Mayors! I'm improved with using the sc4tool. Now i've been abled to make a power plant. It's a place where water is used to make power. I don't know the whole progress (since i'm 15 years old;).) but i's a great thing wich is grat for the environment two. It comes without dependencies!     Another lot in my brown parks series. Evillians said I should make a misrise building construction lot. Redscope 13 told me not to use a mobile office in every lot.
