    Looks to have a huge amount of potential. Good to see you taking a more detailed approach. I can already imagine it with interior details and omni lighting ... In fact, you could probably use that floor to create a few variants between 6 and 20 storeys.

    Colour schemes like this aren't going to become a regular thing, but it's always nice to have the odd splash of colour ... especially in the business district which is so dominated by steel and glass.

    These tiny one bedroom terraced houses are incredibly common all over the north of England and represent the kind of building that many people buy as their first home. There are 4 variations on the basic house and 4 different lots that combine them to give variation. Stats are set to allow them to grow early in a city's life. The lot size is 1x2.     Thanks for the welcome back. Sorry about the pic - I'm a little rusty at this and it got sized up in the upload process. mbisonm - I guess whether it's a bungalow or not becomes a grey area when you add dormers - estate agents still call them bungalows though, so who am I to argue?!
