Ok, y'all. I made a NationStates country a while back before I saw this Simtropolis thread, and I am now a part of the region Wysteria. I regret to say I am not going to join the Simtropolis region... sorry... I have made good friends in Wysteria, but I was wondering if any of you would still be kind enough to answer some questions for me. I have an issue in my nation that looks like this: Auto Industry Struggles Against Foreign Imports The Issue Cheap, foreign-made cars are becoming increasingly popular, causing concern in Nexexen's automobile manufacturing industry. The Debate "Unless this government does something, Nexexen won't have an auto industry for much longer," says auto industry union boss May du Pont, in a rare public appearance alongside management. "These foreign companies employ people for a few changements a day. The only way to level the playing field is to raise tariffs. The government would make more money, too, so it's win-win." [Accept] "For once, I agree with my grubby colleague here," says General Chassis CEO Max Frederickson. "Although I have to say, tariffs aren't the only answer. A more effective solution would be to abolish minimum wage laws. Now that would level the playing field. And we'd be able to employ more--argh, let go of my throat!" [Accept] "I think we need to face facts," says noted economist and chat-show regular Konrad King. "We live in a global economy now, and automobile manufacturing just isn't Nexexen's strong suit. Wow. Those are all some pretty amazing interchanges. I made a gargantuan interchange for two superhighways, or 12 lane highways. The middle highway doesn't interchange with the outher 3 lanes on each side, but it is pretty cool... I think.

I am confused... I have a problem... Every time I try to use SC4 Terraformer, it tells me that it couldn't load the 3dtools file or the tools file or something like that. What am I missing that loads that file? Thanks for any answer!

How do you get your terminals, concourses, and jetways to have nightlighting. Only runways and taxiways light up when I give my airports power, but how do you get the concourses to light up? Thanks!

How do your airports have all the fancy nightlighting? I can't get my airports to do that! I've added electricity, but only my runways light up...

If anyone would kindly do this for me, I would be delighted! In Ace and Volataire's 'Series 1 Airport Packs', there are a few terminal pieces. Can someone please modd each piece so each piece has an 'airport capacity' of 33,750 and a small commercial boost, plus 54CS§§ jobs, (if you can,) each, without replacing the original terminal pieces? I don't think it is too hard, but I don't know much because my computer can't download the lot editor. Thanks if you do this! If you are confused, or need more info, private message me please. Thanks to anyone who does this for me! It would be a great help! Also, if you are unable to add jobs, but can still add the comemrcial boost and the airport capacity, please add what you can! Okay. Thanks Simzebu! I was a little bit confused about why you had designators faced different ways, but after some research, (and although some of you may already know this,) runways are used for both directions, and not just one-way. Or that is atleast what I read. Thanks for your help! By the way, I looked on Google Earth, and I think I see what you mean. Thanks!

Ok! Thanks! Also, I don't really get this part. Aren't runways supposed to go one direction, because from the pictures and tutorials I have seen, and with the designators facing different ways, it seems as if the wgole runway is just pointing inwards. Can someone explain this to me?

So you pretty much put the ends of the runway a little ways away from the take off and landing points? Could you hide it with trees?

For a city journal I am going to make, I need to have some of my custom building drawings modeled and B.A.T.ted. I can not make models or B.A.T.s myself, because my computer won't allow for the programs, and I can't make an account on the Sim City 4 website. Also, I haven't experimented to far with the airport pack... (It is complicated...) but if used with volataires runways, will planes enter the runway and take off?
