    @CorinaMarie Hi, the Lakeside Resort is only for the speedboatrailer red on the ramp. It is not necessary for the CDK Marina Guest Services. And it is clearly stated in the comments of the download that members have had brown boxes for for a while!

    @sevithethird Hi, did you see and read @Tyberius06 comment (in red) in the download comments. Maybe this is the solution! Comments are sometimes interesting because they can solve a dependencies or textures problem!
