    I love the building itself. The base is very plain though. It could use a walkway, some trees, and maybe even a fountain.

    Very nice work and a unique lot for SC4. I don't think there is another lot with this concept. I commend you as I had an internship at a nursing home.

    I've never heard of this chain. I had to look them up. No wonder, they're on the Eastern half of the country. Looks pretty good with a lots of details. But is it really appropriate for it to have high wealth jobs and not low or medium wealth?

    If this really was a lake and level with the ground, it could be a centerpiece of a unique park, like the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles. Or, like SimHoTToDDy suggested, several pieces could be created for a customized river of lava.

    The building looks cute. It kind of looks like a hotel. You did a good job with the props on the base. Perhaps my only concern is that more thought could have been put forth for the parking lot.
