I can't believe what I'm seeing ! It's just incredible, amazing. I'd like so much to visit your industrial areas, I haven't seen something more realistic than it yet.

I'll answer replies fully here because I'm not sure when I will be able to get the next update out due to university starting and other things, anyway..
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you like my industrial areas
I really love what I'm seeing! Continue the great work!
Thanks for the comment, I'll try my best to do so, though it may be a while before I am able to create another update
Nice work! This is well done.
Thanks for the kind words Schulmanator
First comment ever, I just had to say something about this journal. I've been looking at these for years and this one takes the cake, so ultra realistic yet so beautifully crafted. This is a work of freaking art!
Thank you very much, it means a lot that this is the first journal you've commented on, I love creating this stuff but I also love seeing people enjoy what I have created
You have the most amazing cities. I could look at them for hours..
Thanks daTS I probably do At times getting the right picture can be a pain though, there are other things I would like to sometimes show, but because of the nature of development areas in such a picture would be undeveloped, which ruins the effect of a large seamless city. I suppose thats what the "show us your" threads are for
Nice bleak industrial city scape--kind of reminds me of old East German cities in the 90s when the first little bits of Western modernity were breaking through. I also love your selection of industrial buildings... what's that cool one with the two towers on the facade in the first screen shot?
I tend to model things on British industrial sites, or at least the ideas behind them anyway, I wouldn't be suprised if they weren't too disimilar to comparable areas in East Germany. You can find that building here - https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=595 have a look at the rest of jestarr's content while you're at it, it's all very high quality and thanks for the comment
Your industrial areas and railways are beyond amazing. Truly beautiful!
Thanks for the comment, I'm particularily happy with the large rail interchange which is partly sunken, was a pain to get right but oh so worth it It's not entirely clear in these pictures though, but I think you should know which bit I'm talking about
You deserve this rep. Shut up and take it.
Well, if you insist.. I suppose I could Thanks for the comment (and the rep)
Really Fantastic!
Thanks for the comment
WOW!!!! The water in the residential areas, how how you build the edges and walkways right close, it just looks so real. What have you used?
I haven't used any fancy lotting or photoediting, it's simply these bats - /forums/topic/68471-plex-on-the-stex-community-support/forum/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=447 - Thanks for the comment

This is nice, and I think I already saw that 2nd picture sometime before in your CJ. Either that, or it looks quite similar to some other one.

I can only imagine, how hard that'd be! Anyway here's my idea! I want to make a mini-mall. This will not consist of 4 story parkades, huge fountains and glass floors! This is a small indoor cargo area with about 450 Booths, that are for sale at $3500/mo It will bring in rural customers accumulating about 50 thousand dollars a year! **All businesses will have the right to give the community or New SorGun 15% or all earnings** Sorry for bad grammar, was in a rush!

it seems that there is no downtown in sight, all the buildings are the same sligtly tall size. I think to solve your no-downtown problem you should put some extra tall plopables in the center. you used some cool downloads . from ulsa2
