    Can we have closer pictures individually? i dont know what lots what. They also look a bit plain texture and plop wise, although that could be the zoom on the pictures. May i suggest starting a BAT thread? im sure it would help you improve. Sorry for the poor rating, but i dont think that is worth downloading. Keep trying and if they improve, the power glasses one does sound tempting.

    Also, i wouldnt suggest the same pic twice, if you did two different ones with two in each, then you can zoom in more, and that would be better.

    I like the concept of the ruins, and it is rarely done but there is one thing thats bothering me. Its too clean and new looking. If theese were real ruins they would be dirty and show age. The modeling is great, it could just use dirtier textures.

    Maybe I'm just seeing things, but it almost looks like you used a road texture form here...could just be the picture though. A minor recommendation: in the future, only use clear, up close, daytime shots or other extremely relevant pictures for your primary STEX snapshot.

    this could use a lot more effort, the sign seems like it's just an extruded text mesh in gmax with a solid red color. It's nice you paid attention to detail with the supports in the back but this still has a lot of room for improvement. Open up a thread in the BAT forums for assistance from some of the most skilled BATers in the community ;)

    I am sorry, but the amount of uploads from you have the same uninspired work in them and are overall generic and dull. I find in comparison to other mods for Sim city 4, your underwater lots are not only useless, but also obsolete in its conception. Open up a thread and learn how to create decent lots for upload. The STEX could use some decent lots.

    Hmmm, I don't find much use for your "underwater" uploads to tell the truth. If you have underwater streets you need underwater buildings, right? Maybe underwater buildings can enhance the effect of a flooded town :) Just a suggestion!

    Maglev is not a regular "train". TGV remain the fastest regular train in the world. BTW, the fastest Maglev are only 6.2 Km/h faster than the TGV. Fantastic train Citymax, looks like a good serie....

    Wow! I especially like those rooftops with the pools, HVACs and other stuff... so much to look at! However, I'm one of those guys who don't like too defined window reflections - especially if they are impossible considering the viewing angle in SimCity. Anyway, nice work! ;)

    is it a pedmall? is it a underwater road? No, its a brilliant lot. Bravo on breaking the trend on the STEX at the moment. 4/5 if its not transit enabled, as the gate bit looks perfect for that . I will go onto sims city, find out, then rate it. If it is, a massive 5/5

    I don't like to criticize anyone, but these lots make no sense. They have no real life application, and you keep uploading while you get low ratings. I agree with everyone else on this issue. Please open a BAT thread and "test the waters" before you upload any other lots.

    When your work doesn't even average 2.5 stars, it's time you admit that fellow users are trying to tell you something. Start a THREAD. It's easier to do than uploading and you will get feedback on how to LOT properly. All you're doing is wasting bandwith that could be used for uploads people might actually like. When Nathenthemayor is the only one telling you you're doing good, you know you have a problem.

    I see that all Frenches who have viewed the comments have downrated my previous comment. I can say that the Maglev is still a train, although a bit different from the regular ones, however it still holds the world record for highest speed train.

    ImVhOzzi: there is no custom BAT, this is just re-lotted maxis police kiosk. Anyway, fun concept as far as functionality goes but the lot needs some more work. Try to think more about the logistics of something like this and what it needs, rather than some arbitrary lamp posts and asphalt circles.

    It's a good idea indeed and a great start! ;) But most people prefer ingame shots rather than pics from the lot editor. The lot could be improved, for example, there's some construction cranes on the STEX you could have used...

    ah, glad to see you're still around, it's always great to see gritty, graffiti clad buildings. I like the "not so famous" Deli & Grocer sign. What is that line going through your model in the in-game pics? I know it's not on your model, but it appears on my BAT as well and I've been trying to work out how to get rid of it...

    The lot itself is a good idea but it could do with some more details, i.e. fences or plants. The textures don't suit this style of lot very well. Overall, it is not bad, but it could do with more work.

    This building is boring, nondescript, and ugly... in other words, it's just what we needed! A superb BAT that will add much more realism to many a row of W2W buildings. :o) Not to forget, it will also increase the effect of the more ornate buildings, because it will make them stand out more. GREAT first upload, congratulations!
