About This File
North Bay is a city in Northeastern Ontario, Canada. It is the seat of Nipissing District, and takes its name from its position on the shore of Lake Nipissing.
Apart from First Nations tribes, voyageurs and surveyors, there was little activity in the Lake Nipissing area until the arrival of the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1882. The CPR started its westward expansion from Bonfield, Ontario (previously called Callander Station) where the first spike was driven into a sunken railway tie. Bonfield, Ontario was inducted into Canadian Railway Hall of Fame in 2002 as the CPR First Spike location. (Bonfield is just outside of North Bay in fact is on this map)
Currently the population of the city is around 55,000.

To Install: Windows
SC4Terraformer: Open a random region. Under the file menu select 'Create A Region'. Select a region name, then select the .SC4M file in the .zip folder.
SC4Mapper: Open the program then go to 'Create A Region' and do the same thing as above.
To Install: Mac
The upload doesn't come with a greyscale sorry.
Not sure what terrain mod and water mod is used... also sorry for the short and rushed readme, I didn't feel like putting much time into it today.
