Teddy City Downtown part 1

Welcome- now for a look at downtown.

The entry to downtown consists of the Adsdown Interchange- linking K-95 with K 50 and its 8 lane Midtown Expressway, downtown is a beautifully designed area, with lots of jobs and housing avalable to anyone. Condo along the waterfront of the Calibearer River run at a minimum of $3,468,900 while a standard waterside apartment runs at $2000/mo for a studio and $3500/mo for a 1 bedroom.

Residential lining the highway and commerce along the river in this part of downtown. The downtown skyscrapers sit majestically along the waterfront, and its beauty shows well day or night.

Some of the fanciest sky scrapers- with BlueTip Tower as the newest. Designed in 2005 by Troy Cower, one of Teddy City's prominent architects, and completed in 2013, its owned by the Monty Automotive Company and rents office space to those willing to pay a price of about $6,000/mo for lower lever, and over $10,000/mo for a top level. Its blue facade stands out on the skyline, and is a popular site in the downtown region.
